The largest and most powerful of our poultry plucking machines. Ideal for plucking large geese and turkeys.
The machine can also be used for peeling potatoes or descaling of fish.
1. Scald the poultry after slaughtered in hot water (65-80C).
2. Turn on the machine and put the scalded poultry into the machine
3. After 10 seconds working wash away the removed feathers, turn off the machine then take out the poultry
4. The whole process of plucking should take less than a minute
